Work starts with people. Have the computer ready.
When the team grows or a project needs more powerful equipment, you have to think about devices, setup and budget at the same time. With a Maxa operating lease you pay monthly payments for using the devices. You choose the devices, the seller and the term, based on the planned period of use.

When is an equipment decision worth thinking through?
A new person joins the team
Before buying, write down everything the workstation needs: computer, screen, docking station and work phone. Check device compatibility with the seller and agree delivery and setup. That way you can prepare for the first working day.
A project needs a more powerful workstation
Design, video editing or data work may need a different computer than before. Start from the requirements of the software you use. Decide with the team who needs a new device and for whom the existing computer is fine.
The computer fleet has grown one device at a time
Put the age, warranty and software support status of the devices in one list. Based on it, you can decide what to replace first and in which order to hand over the new devices to the team.

How does an operating lease work?
After approval and the contract, we buy the equipment from the seller and give it to your company to use for the agreed time. During the contract we own the equipment. At the end of the term you can return the equipment or buy it out under the contract. We put the numbers side by side so you can compare for yourself. Sometimes the comparison shows that buying suits your company better.

- 3

Before the end of the agreed term, decide how the devices will be used next.

- Tablets and smartphones
- Ergonomic chairs and adjustable desks
Examples of equipment in this sector that companies most often lease. You choose the equipment. Based on the seller's quote, we check on what terms we can lease the equipment to you.
What work does the computer need to do?
Compare devices by real work tasks. Ask the seller to check the compatibility of software, connections and peripherals before you confirm the order for the whole team.
How long will this set suit you?
Consider performance, warranty and software support. Compare buying and leasing on the basis of the same device set and the same planned period of use.
Who organises the device replacement?
Agree setup, data transfer and the handling of old devices. Ask the seller to list these services and their price separately in the quote.
