Equipment operating lease for business customers.
Manufacturing

Your next order needs the right equipment.

A new production machine must fit your orders, people and the way you work. With a Maxa operating lease, you get the machine for use for the agreed period and pay for using it with a monthly payment. That way, alongside the machine you can also plan material purchases, installation and staff training. Start with the work that needs to be done.

When is an equipment decision worth thinking through?

One work stage is holding up the order

Cutting gets done, but the parts wait for bending or packing. Look with your team at where the queue builds up. The new machine's task in that work stage must be clear.

You take on a different kind of order

A new part, material or size needs a different machine from before. Compare bringing in your own machine with subcontracting, and consider the next orders where the same machine will be needed.

You are planning to replace an old machine

Tie delivery and installation to the production plan. Ask the seller for the machine's dimensions, connections and commissioning schedule so the new machine also finds its place in a real working day.

How does an operating lease work?

After approval and the contract, we buy the equipment from the seller and give it to your company to use for the agreed time. During the contract we own the equipment. At the end of the term you can return the equipment or buy it out under the contract. We put the numbers side by side so you can compare for yourself. Sometimes the comparison shows that buying suits your company better.

  1. 1

    Material and setup

Write down what material the work starts with and how much time machine setup takes between batches.

  2. 2

    Work at the machine

See how many parts this stage must finish per hour and whether the new machine keeps pace.

  3. 3

    Finishing and dispatch

Check whether the following work stages, packing and delivery keep up with the changed pace.

Which equipment usually suits an operating lease?

  • Lathes and milling machines
  • Laser cutting machines
  • Press brakes and welding robots
  • Panel saws and CNC machining centres
  • Packaging and bottling lines
  • Forklifts

Examples of equipment in this sector that companies most often lease. You choose the equipment. Based on the seller's quote, we check on what terms we can lease the equipment to you.

Before comparing quotes

Which work needs a new machine?

Write down the parts, materials and order frequency. That way you can compare how well machines suit the specific work, not only by their technical specifications.

What belongs in the quote?

Ask the seller to show the machine price, transport, installation, accessories and training separately in the quote. Also review the maintenance arrangements with the seller, so you see the full outlay, not only the machine price.

How long do you need this particular machine?

Consider how long the orders last and possible product changes. Choose the period of use together with your equipment needs before focusing on the size of a single monthly payment.

Answers to your questions

Are installation and training included in the monthly payment?

Ask the seller to show them separately in the quote. Send us the whole quote so we can clarify what the Maxa operating lease offer covers and which costs remain separate.

Can I compare machines from different sellers?

Yes. Compare machines suited to the same work together with their delivery, maintenance and commissioning terms. Send us the quote from the seller of the chosen machine so we can make a Maxa operating lease offer.

What happens to the machine at the end of the term?

During the operating lease, the machine belongs to Täisteenusliisingu AS. At the end of the term, you can return it or buy it out in accordance with the agreement. Review these terms already when comparing quotes, especially if you plan to keep working with the same product for longer.

Let's review the quote for your next machine

Bring the seller's quote to the consultation and describe the work the machine will do. We will put the buying and operating lease figures side by side based on your planned period of use, so you can compare for yourself.
