Equipment operating lease for business customers.
Facility management and maintenance

New site. Well-considered equipment choice.

At the start of a new maintenance contract, you need equipment that suits the site and the workload. With a Maxa operating lease, you use the machine for an agreed period and pay for it with a monthly payment. Before choosing, also check transport, storage and the next sites where you may need the same machine.

When is an equipment decision worth thinking through?

You are starting at a new site

Floors, doorways, lifts and the permitted working hours determine which machine fits. Compare the equipment you need with the scope of the contract and how your team divides the work.

One team serves several buildings

The machine must reach the right place at the right time. Besides the site's floor area, look at the machine's weight, transport options, charging and where the machine stays outside working hours.

You are preparing for the next season

Spring cleaning, summer mowing and winter maintenance need different equipment. Plan your equipment choice together with the work calendar and account for the monthly payments over the whole contract term.

How does an operating lease work?

After approval and the contract, we buy the equipment from the seller and give it to your company to use for the agreed time. During the contract we own the equipment. At the end of the term you can return the equipment or buy it out under the contract. We put the numbers side by side so you can compare for yourself. Sometimes the comparison shows that buying suits your company better.

  1. 1

    Spring cleaning

Review the workload of buildings and outdoor areas and choose the equipment needed for cleaning.

  2. 2

    Summer maintenance

Link mowing and other regular work to your team's movements and the site schedule.

  3. 3

    Getting ready for winter

Check that equipment is ready and stored properly before the weather turns. Plan the monthly payments separately into the full-year budget.

Before comparing quotes

Does the machine suit the real site?

Consider surfaces, passageways and working hours. Ask the seller to show how the planned machine suits use in your site's conditions.

Does the machine move with the team?

Check transport, storage and charging or refuelling options. These affect daily use of the machine even when the technical specifications seem suitable.

Do the maintenance contract term and the lease term match?

Compare the term of the maintenance contract signed with your client with the machine's lease term. Think through which other sites you could use the machine on later.

Answers to your questions

Do I pay only in the months when I use the machine?

A Maxa operating lease has an agreed term and equal monthly payments. Account for the monthly payment also in the months when a seasonal machine stands idle.

What happens if my client contract ends early?

The operating lease agreement is valid for the agreed term, and during that time the machine belongs to Täisteenusliisingu AS. Before signing the agreement, review its term and termination conditions. Also plan where you could use the same machine after servicing that particular site ends.

How do I compare quotes for different cleaning machines?

Compare machines that suit the same site. Ask the seller for the prices of accessories, maintenance and consumable parts, so you see the running costs next to the price of the machine.
